That’s why I started LEO 97.

To bring women who carry concealed and fashion designers into the same conversation.

LEO 97 is named in honor of Marie Owens, Badge #97, one of America’s first female law enforcement officers with arrest authority.

At a time when few women were given that opportunity, she stepped forward and redefined what was possible for women in law enforcement.

That spirit is the foundation of LEO 97, a brand built to honor those who led first, and to serve those who lead now.
